📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect blood samples accurately and efficiently using state-of-the-art equipment such as automated blood collection systems and phlebotomy kits.
• Prepare patients for blood draws, explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Maintain and sterilize phlebotomy equipment, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
• Document all blood collection procedures and maintain accurate records in electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
• Stay updated with the latest phlebotomy techniques and best practices through continuous training and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Phlebotomist with a valid certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in phlebotomy, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques and protocols.
