📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the strategic planning and implementation of departmental goals.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.,Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements as needed.,Maintain accurate records and reports for management review.,Handle staff recruitment, training, and development programs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
