📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and preferences.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external training events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
