📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve branch targets and goals.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Ensure the branch meets all health and safety standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a financial or service-oriented industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
