📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor branch performance and sales targets, providing regular reports to senior management.,Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the branch.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a financial or service industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and office tools.,Familiarity with financial and operational systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
