📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) software to track and manage inventory levels and warehouse activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and warehouse operational procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer service interactions and warehouse transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and warehouse administration roles.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
