📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.,Manage cashier operations, including transactions, refunds, and customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized café environment.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both in-store and online.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a hybrid setting, including remote and in-store responsibilities.,High school diploma or equivalent.
