📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and develop junior staff to maintain high standards of food service.,Create and implement menus that cater to the needs and preferences of our patients and staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.
