As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries and desserts for our customers. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.,Ensure all pastries and desserts meet quality standards and are presented attractively.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and work areas.,Keep accurate records of inventory and food costs.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in baking and pastry making.,Knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-office and remote).
