Depot Nanda Shop is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and be able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and that products are displayed attractively.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
