PT Usaha Kencana is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our fleet operations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and insurance requirements.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns promptly.,Manage fuel and maintenance costs, and negotiate with vendors for the best rates.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the fleet is in optimal condition.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide training and support to new drivers and staff members.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus.
