📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.,Oversee employee performance management and provide coaching and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Conduct regular HR audits and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation is a plus.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
