Lock & Lock Indonesia is seeking a Live Streaming & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategy, creating compelling live streaming content and forging strategic affiliate partnerships to drive brand growth.

As a Live Streaming & Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute live streaming campaigns on platforms like YouTube Live, Facebook Live, and Instagram Live. You will also identify, negotiate, and manage affiliate partnerships with relevant influencers and content creators to expand our reach and increase sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute live streaming strategies to engage and grow our audience.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for live streaming sessions, including product demonstrations, Q&As, and promotions.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage affiliate partnerships with influencers and content creators.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align live streaming campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live streaming and affiliate marketing.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and affiliate management platforms like ShareASale or CJ Affiliate.
• Report on campaign performance and provide regular updates to the marketing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on live streaming and affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of successful live streaming campaigns and affiliate partnerships.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
