📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end RFP and DDQ processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of RFP and DDQ documents, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and other relevant departments to ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted on time.
• Conduct due diligence on potential clients and vendors, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align RFP and DDQ processes with client needs and business objectives.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on RFP and DDQ best practices and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in RFP and DDQ management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
