📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial office buildings.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that the MEP systems are installed according to design.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the building design.
• Ensure that the building meets all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on commercial office buildings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
• Indonesian citizenship or work permit.
