📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with micro-business owners in Palembang.
Assess and recommend suitable micro-banking solutions, including loans, savings accounts, and digital banking services.
Use SAP and Mandiri's CRM system to track customer interactions and manage loan applications.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide personalized financial advice.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote financial literacy workshops and seminars.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed financial advice.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field.
Strong understanding of micro-banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using SAP and Mandiri's CRM system.
Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and industry standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
