📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the bakery production line to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.,Inspect raw materials and finished products to maintain quality standards.,Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to production standards.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of raw materials.,Participate in quality control processes to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain a clean and organized production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in bakery production or a related field is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production standards.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic baking techniques and equipment is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
