PT Pilar Maju is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant from anywhere while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culinary practices and cultural norms.
