📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and support business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
