📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Oversee general affairs such as office administration, facilities management, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the company in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Experience in a similar role in a multinational company is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
