📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.,Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.,Monitor system performance, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Collaborate with other departments to integrate IT solutions into business processes.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and recommend improvements.,Train and mentor junior staff on IT best practices and technologies.,Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and operating systems.,Experience with IT security measures and compliance standards.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT management tools and software.
