📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects.,Ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate M&E systems into the overall project plan.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and site personnel.,Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring they are met without compromising quality.,Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to source and manage materials and equipment.,Document all project activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&E engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.,Strong understanding of local regulations and best practices in Bali.,Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
