📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze procurement costs to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and goals.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement strategies as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in supplier management and contract negotiation.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving procurement processes.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
