📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage budgets and financial planning, providing insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial recording and reporting using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial advice and support business initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA or CMA.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
