📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance of all production machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve equipment-related problems promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to maintain a secure working environment.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance for reporting and analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve maintenance practices.
• Train and mentor maintenance personnel to ensure high standards of work and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations and improving equipment reliability.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems.
• Certification in ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
