📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with micro-business owners in Palembang.
• Assess and recommend suitable micro-banking solutions, including loans, savings accounts, and digital banking services.
• Use SAP and Mandiri's CRM system to track customer interactions and manage loan applications.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and provide personalized financial advice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote financial literacy workshops and seminars.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of micro-banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Mandiri's CRM system.
