📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the coordination of vessel arrivals and departures at the jetty.
• Manage and update cargo documentation, including bills of lading and cargo manifests.
• Work with marine and terminal operations teams to ensure smooth cargo loading and unloading.
• Monitor vessel movements using specialized software like MarineTraffic and Portbase.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety protocols.
• Provide support to the Jetty Operations Officer in managing jetty activities.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of jetty equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Technology, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine operations or a related field.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Familiarity with specialized marine software like MarineTraffic and Portbase.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) certification.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
