📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily operational processes including inventory, logistics, and procurement.
• Use SAP and Excel to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we meet our targets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.
• Provide administrative support to the operational team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with LPG distribution and logistics is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
